The Cobb County School District honored a phenomenal teacher today as part of Phenomenal Friday, a teacher recognition program. Wanda Rademacher, a fourth grade teacher at Still Elementary School, was chosen for the award by Kaitlyn Crumley, a fifth grader at the school. When Kaitlyn was asked which teacher has helped her the most to succeed, she had a clear answer: Ms. Rademacher.

She was presented with a certificate and a bag of goodies from the school district and Chick-fil-A. Rademacher was all smiles (and a few tears) as Kaitlyn spoke about the impact she’s had on her life.

The Phenomenal Friday program was created to express the district’s appreciation for those teachers who best demonstrate our vision of “One Team, One Goal: Student Success.”
