The CCSD Prevention/Intervention Center and the Cobb Alcohol Taskforce proudly announce the Youth Voice and Vision video competition, focused on prevention of underage drinking. Cobb students in grades 6-12 can submit public service announcement videos 30, 60 or 90 seconds in length, containing effective messaging for prevention of underage alcohol consumption and promoting ‘sources of strength’ for young people. The contest begins April 1 and runs through midnight, May 1. Complete rules for the contest are available on the P/I Center Web site.
Funding for the contest is provided through the Cobb County Commission on Children and Youth. Go to www.schooltube.com/user/sources for more information!
