An Evening of Excellence: Cobb Schools Honors CTAE Students

As a way to celebrate the excellence of Cobb students, educators, and community partners, Cobb Schools recently hosted the second annual Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) Awards Night at McEachern High School.

The evening cast a spotlight on the CTAE students who have achieved distinguished success in a career tech pathway.

“Students have earned industry credentials, completed Youth Apprenticeships and have won honors in their Career and Technical Student Organizations and JROTC teams. We are truly thankful for the devoted service of our community supporters and the impact they have made toward improving CTAE programs,” said Jackie Brown, Cobb Schools CTAE supervisor.

Large movie-style posters highlighted the CTAE Students of the Year. Of those students, Kendall Flores of Sprayberry High School was named the District’s CTAE High School Student of the Year. Campbell Middle School’s Robert Hoeh took home the title of Middle School CTAE Student of the Year.
