Like last year, LGE Credit Union will award one $5,000 scholarship to a senior in the Cobb County School District.
The scholarship highlights one Cobb County student who shares a commitment to service. Every Cobb Schools high school principal will nominate a current senior who shares the LGE philosophy of “people helping people.”
Last year, Pope High School graduate Maayan Lantzman won the LGE scholarship.
LGE Community Credit Union is a strategic partner of the Cobb County School District and offers a variety of products, services, and incentives for Cobb employees.
One way that LGE supports local schools is by offering spirit cards. Each high school or district will receive a portion of the revenue earned from the interchange income of each card swipe when used as a signature-based transaction. Each transaction means more money that goes back into the pockets of each school! The new card designs are available for debit cards as well as credit cards. To learn more, go here.
