Pope High School to Present Broadway’s ‘Footloose’

“Footloose” is the heartfelt story of a father longing for the son he lost and a young man aching for the father who walked out on him. Set to the rockin’ rhythm of its Oscar and Tony-nominated top 40 score and augmented with dynamic new songs, “Footloose” celebrates the wisdom of listening to young people and guiding them with a warm heart and an open mind. The musical is based on the 1984 film of the same name. 

Sixty-one cast and crew from Pope High School will present “Footloose” February 28-March 7 in the Pope High Performing Arts Center.
