Still Elementary “Bully BEE Gone” Week Promotes School Unity, Prevention of Bullying Behaviors

Still Elementary launched its “Bully BEE Gone” program the week of August 22 as part of the District-wide initiative to stop and prevent bullying behavior. Each classroom at Still viewed several short video clips demonstrating bullying behaviors and ways to prevent them, followed up with classroom discussions where students and teachers had open dialogue. At the end of the launch week, the school held a “Bully BEE Gone” parade and enlisted principal Grace Manharth and assistant principal Susan Hallmark to play the parts of a “Bully BEE” and an exterminator!
