The Cheatham Hill Elementary annual Spelling Bee was held on January 11.  One representative from each fourth and fifth grade homeroom (total of 16) spelled their hearts out to be the school spelling champion. As in years past, the final two contestants were a fourth grader (Kelli Grove) and a fifth grader (Bradley Pilcher) who challenged each other for several rounds.  In the end, Bradley emerged as the Spelling Bee Champion with Kelly as the runner-up.  Bradley will soon compete against fourth through eighth graders at Kennesaw Mountain High School at the District-wide Spelling Bee.
