The Cobb County School District proudly announced today the 2012-13 Teachers of the Year, Mrs. Carolyn Davis of Riverside Intermediate School, Dr. Richard Kaht of Dickerson Middle School andMrs. Beth Morgan of Lassiter High School! - The DMS faculty meeting was a perfect time to surprise Dr. Kaht with TOTY honors.
- Dr. Hinojosa and Board chair Scott Sweeney flank Dr. Kaht and his family, who were on hand for the surprise!
- Dr. Kaht was greeted by his Dickerson colleagues after the announcement.
- Beth Morgan, Lassiter High School
- Dr. Hinojosa and Dr. Richie unfurled Mrs. Morgan’s TOTY banner during the announcement.
- Principal Chris Richie and fellow faculty presented Mrs. Morgan with a bouquet.
- Mrs. Morgan used her time to emphasize the importance of the LHS Renaissance Program with her colleagues.

- The Riverside media center erupted in cheers when Mrs. Davis was named Elementary TOTY.
- Principal Althea Singletary and Dr. Hinojosa announced the honor for Mrs. Davis.
