Dodie Fretwell To Represent Cobb/Paulding Adult Education Center As Adult Literacy Ambassador

FretwellDMs. Dodie Fretwell has been selected as Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) representative for the Cobb/Paulding Adult Education Center. Ms. Fretwell participated in the local EAGLE competition and was named the winner by judges Mrs. Nancy Turley – Chairperson Paulding Literacy Council, Mr. Tim Gowens – Smyrna Rotary, and Dr. US Davidson – Director Alternate Schools (CCSD).

As the EAGLE representative, Ms. Fretwell is an ambassador of Adult Literacy. Her duties will include, but not limited to representing the Cobb/Paulding Adult Education Center at local speaking events, serving on the center’s Advisory Board, and promoting adult literacy.

Ms. Fretwell is a GED graduate who obtained perfect scores (800 points) on her Reading and Science GED tests, and an overall score of 3000+ points. She is presently a student at Chattahoochee Technical College.
