CCSD Introduces School Choice Kiosk

To help parents with School Choice transfers for the 2015-16 school year, a computer kiosk is set up in the lobby of the Cobb County School District offices. Above, Darryl York, Executive Director of Policy, Planning and Student Support, explains how the kiosk works during a training session for CCSD staff. The kiosk will be ‘open for business’ during district office hours – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For parents needing electronic access to complete the transfer paperwork, the kiosk is an easy-to-use and convenient option. CCSD offers School Choice (HB 251 and SB10) transfers for the ‘15-‘16 school year. Individual school capacity information and applications are available starting February 1, 2015 on the District website. For more information, visit our 2015-16 School Choice webpage.
