Several students from Cobb brought home high honors at the Piedmont Regional Technology Competition held at River Ridge High School in Woodstock, Ga. Students from Sedalia Park Elementary, Tritt Elementary and Hightower Trail Middle School participated in a wide variety of categories, ranging from 3D modeling to to graphic design and digital video production.

From Sedalia Park Elementary
Egan Donley- 1st place, Technology Literacy Challenge; 2nd place, Project Programming (5th-6th Grade Division)
Lydia Prince-1st place, Case Modification; 2nd place, 3D Modeling (3rd-4th Grade Division)
Emma Gale- 1st place, Non-Animated Graphic Design (5th-6th Grade Division)
From Tritt Elementary:
Anna Ranasinghe- 2nd place, Game Design (3rd-4th Grade Division)
From Hightower Trail Middle
Ethan Ranasinghe-1st place, Digital Video Production (7th-8th Grade Division)
1st place winners will now move on to represent Cobb in state-level competition.
