Lockheed Martin to Host ‘Code Quest’ Programming Competition April 18


The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company will host its second Metro Atlanta-area Code Quest competition on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics facility in Marietta, GA.  Code Quest is a computer programming competition consisting of 15-20 problems created by Lockheed Martin engineers and computer programmers.  Teams of 2-3 students each work together for 2.5 hours to solve the problems and complete the Quest.  Students program in JAVA to solve the problems.

 Registration is now open to the first 40 teams – with a maximum of 1 advanced and 1 novice team per school.  You can register additional teams, but they will remain on a waiting list – to be used if 40 teams do not register.  Teams can register on the Code Quest website – http://www.lockheedmartin.com/us/aeronautics/community-relations/codequest.html.  Select “Register Now” and make sure you select “Marietta, Georgia” as the location.
